Terms of sale
You are about to create your own unique garment. Each customization request is artfully performed by an expert embroiderer, so any inaccuracies in the embroidery are not to be considered a defect, rather a characteristic of its uniqueness. The image of the embroidery is purely illustrative and the size, position and color of the thread may vary, even if slightly, compared to what is represented. The cost for the customization service is set at € 10.
Returns
Personalized items are made exclusively for you, so they cannot be returned, except for faulty items. The return of defective items can only be made by courier.
